Nursery Cottage Self Catering Accommodation
Nursery Cottages is the mid-terrace of a purpose built terrace of three self-catering properties. It is warm and cosy and decorated to a high contemporary standard. It enjoys the same magnificent views of Loch Leven and the mountains of Beinn A’ Bheithir as our other self catering accommodation.
The property offers very comfortable luxury accommodation for couples or small families in a peaceful rural situation with all modern facilities.
The Accommodation
Inside:
- One double bedded room with electric heater, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and hairdryer.
- One small single bedroom with electric heater. Suitable for a child only.
- Fully fitted kitchen with hob, electric oven, washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave.
- Sitting room with electric heater, comfortable leather settee and armchair, modern electric fire, flat screen TV and DVD player dining table and chairs. Large patio doors leading onto decking area.
- Small shower room with electric shower, basin and toilet with electric heater.
- Double-glazing throughout.
- WiFi Internet Access.

- To the front of the house there is a decking area with outdoor furniture and views over Loch Leven and the mountains of Beinn A’ Bheithir.

10% discount for 2 person bookings
- All prices include: Bedding, towels, oil central heating, electricity and first bucket of coal.
- 50% of full amount due is required within a week of booking (£100.00 of which is non re-fundable) with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. On initial booking we will send a booking form to be returned with deposit and a copy of our terms and conditions.
- We no longer accept cheques. All payments can now be made by either debit card or bank transfer. We will also require your credit/debit card details on arrival as key/damage security. These details will be destroyed after our departure inspection. In the unlikely event there are any amounts due we will discuss this with you first before deducting the amount from you card.
- We accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. We do not allow them in bedrooms or on any furniture, and they must never be left in the house alone.
- Please note we do not permit smoking anywhere in the house
